I have purchased this bullet mixer back in feb 25. This product is awesome, it is a value for money product as it is supplied with 5 jars, 3 types of blades and many lids. One can use the jars for storage and directly for drinking and serving.I faced an issue last week with the machine, it stopped working. But to my satisfaction they replaced it with a brand new machine in 3 day and customer care was very polite and supportive, they even tracked it after the replacement was delivered to check if my issue is resolved or not. To this Cookwell scores high.All in all a great purchase, will recommend it for light to medium household usage.

Writing this review after using it for more than year. This product is compact and powerful. It is quite easy to operate and results are great. The after sale service of this vendor is amazing. I had two issues, first came after 6 month when the jars had some leakage. The vendor immediately sent new jars to me and they are working fine since than. Second issue came close the one year of warranty lapsed when the mixer motor stopped working. Instead of offering any repair, vendor sent out a new mixer unit replacing the old one. The after sale service is quite responsive and product is great.

This is a nice product overall, nit fit for longer and heavy grinds.I am very satisfied with the product and service as well.
