Arrived cracked
It arrived broken and did not find anyway to return it. I still have it and had to reorder another since it was a Christmas gift. Turned out being quite expressive since I had to pay for another.

The media could not be loaded. Came scuffed up on the sides. I was so excited to give this cup to my sister for xmas but despite the packaging it arrived scuffed and scratched. Having to send it back isn't worth it but im not giving her this scratched one either. Hopefully another vendor has one

DOES NOT CHANGE COLORS
It doesn’t change colors at all! I’ve tried both cold water and hot water but nothing changes. The color changing effect is the only reason I bought it and it doesn’t work even a little.
