Working so far to subside leg cramp...
This item comes in an attractive box, it has the Ingredients, Nutritional Information and the daily dosage around it. The bottle is plastic, again with Directions of use and Nutritional Information which is great as like me I don’t always keep medicine boxes. It has the date it was made and the use by date on the lid, again useful. Once opened there is a plastic protected seal on top. Each tablet is 22mm by 8mm and are white in colour. They don’t feel chalky so are easy to swallow but even though these are pretty big tablets, and do look hard to swallow, they go down easy with a glass of water.I have bad leg cramps, and do suffer with foot cramps in the night, which is no fun trying to jump out of bed to get rid of it. I’m currently taking 1 tablet a day to try and see if they work and so far, I haven’t had any leg cramps since they can be caused by a magnesium deficiency. In my case, these seem to be working, as no cramps so far since taking these.Definitely worth a try and I have read good reviews about using them for leg cramp. They seem to be working for me so far, and I’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks…

Very Large Tabs
Cant say how effective they are but the only way I can swallow then is to crunch them, which isn't a problem really and they do taste alright.

Good size and contain all the magnesium you need along with a few vitamins thrown in too.
There is not a huge amount to say about these tablets in reality but what I can tell you is all good. The tablets are manufactured un the UK and each tablets contains 400mg of magnesium derived from magnesium citrate. Each tablet also contains Vitamin B3, B6, B12, D3, Zinc and Boron which all together contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as helping control your metabolism. You receive 60 tablets in the pot and are recommended to take 2 a day so you have a months supply for your money. They come in a little cheaper than the branded one I have been purchasing up until now and the active ingredients seems to closely resemble each other enough for me to make a permanent switch to these. The tablets are not too big compared to others too but I would still advise taking with water as opposed to dry swallowing. There are no listed artificial flavour or colourings although there is bulking agents used in the production.Overall I am really pleased with these tablets. There is nothing to dislike about these at all and I cannot find fault with them. At £11.99 for a 30 day supply (at time of review), I believe these represent good value for your money.

Excellent all-round benefits and provides over 100% RDA
Magnesium is an important dietary supplement which is often lacking in the British diet. It is frequently popularised by sports enthusiasts for energy improvements but is in fact an vital intracellular ion critical in electical transmission in heart, nerve and muscle, bone metabolism and many other metabolic processes. Optimum bioavailability of the various available magnesium supplements is a consideration and to this extent magnesium salts of citrate, glycinate and malate are highly recommended and easily absorbed. Magnesium sulphate may cause diarrhoea. The recommended total daily dose of magnesium is 200-225 mg for optimal effects while reducing the risk of any side effects. That said the daily dietary allowance of magnesium is quoted as 300-400 mg (adult female and male respectively.) Excessive dosing can be hazardous.Nutravit "NutraMag Plus" 60 tablet pack" containing 400mg citrate/oxide (107% NRV) per serving with Zinc, Vits D, B6, B12,

Great for leg cramps
These supplements contain some B vitamins as well as a high dose of magnesium and if you are having a good varied diet these should cover most of your dietary requirements. I have leg cramps during the night which wake me and have caused me pain and broken sleep, leg cramps can be a sign of low magnesium levels. I have been using theses magnesium supplements as advised and I have not experienced any leg cramps whilst taking them. You have to take two tablets a day with water and food and these tablets are quite large to swallow. You only get a months supply so this is a little pricey but a nutritionist informed me that lots of cheap magnesium supplements are not necessarily good quality, so you have to decide if it’s worth spending a bit more money on a better supplement. I would definitely recommend trying these.
