Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Permanent Hair Color Highlifts 12-19 Special Blonde Cendre Violet

First off, best option around for someone lifting their hair at home. Secondly, you won’t get a perfect lift first go if your hair is at a 6 or lower. This product left my hair still incredibly healthy even after a 4 level lift, bleaching and toning. Before this I used wella bleach and toner on my hair, and that toner fried it. This product I swear made it softer. Igora might not lift as well as normal bleach, but the lack of damage is worth it. This product works especially well for root touch ups, overlapping isn’t an issue, it’ll always blend seamlessly, I don’t understand how that witchcraft works honestly. Igora series 12 focuses on lift, and requires a 1-2 ratio to achieve it, leave on for 35-40 minutes and use 30 or 40 volume depending on how much of a lift you desire. This one in specific 12-19, has a lovely magenta hue that hides away all the yellow and orange of cliche honey/vanilla blondes, and works great for people with pink undertones, that otherwise get washed out. I applied this over my already bleached hair, however this is the tone it gave me, and it lifted my level 6 roots to match

Really pretty vanilla beige / violet gold blonde. I like to tone with Redken Shades EQ Gloss 10vg for mid to ends, and 8/9VG for roots. Here is 12-19 in a couple different lightings.

I thought that since this was a 12 it would be lighter. It actually darkened the lightest sections while only slightly lifting the roots. The cool tones are nice with almost a lilac pink undertone but the roots are still a little too gold for my taste. I prefer the 10-1 over this one. My hair is a level 9 for reference. This is the the best at home hair dye brand out there in my opinion.

Im 59, I have bleached hair that is very straight & very fine. I used igora 20 developer, a 1:2 ratio to do my roots, I have a lot of red in my natural brown so it did take 2 rounds but it's left my hair blonde, shiny & a nice natural shade. This is a much kinder way to lighten your hair than using a powder bleach. If you follow up with Fanola purple mask in between colouring it will keep your hair nice & light. I also use Philip Kingsleys Elasticizer which is a miracle product

Schwarzkopf Professional Blonde Me Premium Developer Oil Formula 33.8 oz / 1000ml (2% 7 Volume), and BlondeME bleach lifted my hair from a mid blonde to almost white (left it on for 50 mins but your hair may not have as much natural red pigment as mine and needs way less processing time) I used this tint as a toner and ended up with shiny wheat/flaxen blonde. It’s gorgeous. Be sure to use a peroxide that has toner and not lifter properties when toning

I've been using Igora Royal for a long time now, used 12.1,12. 2 and 12.21. All wish yielded similar results, I saw the reviews for this and since 12.2 was out of stock, I decided to try. It did not work for me at all, it went completely orange, no where near the colour advertised. The positive stars are for the brand itself, since it does light up the hair, the finishing tone was the problem.
