Q: I see the "pin" on my bands, but I don't know how to change them. How do you change/replace the bands? Thank you.

On the underside of the band you will see the silver pin in a slot. Pull it in toward the center if the band and it will release from the watch face or connect ...its like its spring loaded. When connecting, set one side in on the watch then pull down on the pin and line it up. Release and the band is connected.

Q: I have a lets fit IW1. Is this a 20 mm band?

I don’t know . All I know mine dose not fit my lW1 let’s fit going to return it
