I am very sceptical about herbal medicines. I have tried herbal sleeping tablets with Valerian in them and they don't do a thing for me. So I was very sceptical when someone suggested I tried these tablets. I can honestly say that for me they work a treat. Usually when I try to sleep a million things are going around in my head. Tried these and they certainly settled my mind before sleep. I still have thoughts going around in the background, but not enough to keep me awake. I would recommend them but each person may have a different perspective than mine.

I am not sure they did the greatest job on my sleeping issues but remember every sleeping issue is different, with different causes, so this product (or any other sleep aid). At the beginning I think they made my sleep a bit more solid, but eventually they were not a game changer! You only have to try

For someone who has struggled with getting a good night's sleep for a couple of years on and off, I wanted to give these a try. I have tried other herbal remedies with varying amounts of success.I have used Bachs Rescue Night drops and spray - got on better with the spray, so thought the tablets would be a good addition.Am so glad I got them - they have really helped me get a good sleep. My husband is a snorer and often wakes me up during the night with the racket - but since taking these I have slept through it, which for me is a big bonus.The capsules are a bit big but easy enough to swallow with a drink.Have even put them on my subscribe and save.
