This is literally the best chair for the money.
Let me start off by saying this chair is high quality. Sure you could spend the money on a chair that's $200-$300 dollars more, but why would you? I was a bit skeptical trying to buy a quality chair within the $50-$100 dollar price range, but I am glad I settle on this one which was on the higher side of my budget. I did a lot of research and saw some lower priced chairs with material issues, padding issues, and overall quality. This chair does not have any of those problems.ASSEMBLY:There are 4 short screws (for the base - 4 holes), 8 long screws (4 for each arm to attach), a hex-wrench, and 2 spare (1 short, 1 long). I did not even look at the directions, and was able to assemble this chair in 20 minutes. The only minor inconvenience was that with the plush padding, it was so firm and abundant that you have to compress the padding with the arms to get them to line up properly (this is a good sign as to how well padded this chair is) I suggest getting the screws started (about 2-3 full turns) and then moving on to the other arm screws leaving wiggle room to help you line up all 4 arm holes to the corresponding holes in the seat and back before you tighten them all the way up. Put the base onto the seat first, as you can just turn the seat upside down and lay the base on top. Make sure you line up the "front" of the base, with the Front of the seat. (mine was labeled as such)COMFORT and QUALITY:I work in a business that puts me in contact with a lot of office chairs in corporate settings, and this chair stacks up just as nice as any I've seen in terms of quality and comfort. I didn't realize how compressed and flat my old chair was until I sat down in this chair. The padding in this chair is very firm and plush. The tilt mechanism in this chair is tight, and precise, and has a lock. There is no fear of tilting back and losing your balance because of a sloppy, loose, and quick leaning tilt. The leather is nice, and appears to be durable. The overall fit and finish of this chair is excellent. The arms are plastic/resin, and while I thought they were metal from the picture I am not disappointed by this. The overall fit and finish of this chair definitely seems to be worth the slight extra amount you're paying for it.If you're looking for a budget chair, and you can go up to the $100 price range, this chair is worth it! I would be leery of buying anything lower priced, because multiple chairs seem to lack different key elements that this chair has. After noticing the difference in quality and comfort between this and my old chair, I would guess that my old chair was one of those previously mentioned $50.00 chairs. This chair met, and exceeded my expectations!

Can't beat it for the price.
I would purchase this chair again. A little history, I'm a 5'1" 180 lb person. can't find normal chairs that take a daily wear ( i am an at home office situation) if I find big and tall chair, they are usually too big for my height and either I can't touch the floor or the "ergonomic pillow" at the top leaves my head dangling in an awkward position.I read many reviews on this before I decided to purchase it. I figured it had plenty of good enough reviews and for the price, it was at least worth a shot.It shipped incredibly fast. I had it two days after I ordered it. The packaging it came it was.. slightly flimsy, the box tape on top had opened (not strong enough glue or something) and the cardboard box itself seemed week. I was worried until I opened it. Everything inside the box was rattled, but was perfectly fine. Every piece was wrapped in bubble wrap so it was all protected. We pulled all the pieces out and found the two pieces of paper inside. The instructions were nominal at best. They had pictures showing parts, but no explanations. Even with this, we managed to put it together fairly easily.Tip: Screw the screws in the arms to the chairs like you would lugnuts on a tire. It makes it alot less hassle.. The screws are just long enough to reach into the chair itself, but if you tighten one side too much, you can't screw in the other side.We got it all together and it feels nice and solid. It sits well and rolls well. (we have plank flooring)Some things that surprised me, the arms are good and solid. The picture for the product makes them look as if they'd be cheap flimsy plastic, they are not.. well.. plastic yes, but they are not flimsy. The arm cushions are really nice, but I can see how with time they will wear down. The seat cushions are like heaven. Seriously, and for short people the little extra cushion at the knees is super comfortable, and it will help the circulation I think as I sit.at bottom level, my feet just touch the floor, the way I like, i'm not shrunk down, and at maximum height, I can't touch the floor at all.the bottom where the rollers are, that piece is just as solid as the arms are, and I feel very secure in the chair. The cons for me are one, for whatever reason, the back of the seat seems to have a weird angle, I'm not sure if it's just because I'm short and don't sit like normal people or what, but it's not a straight up 90 degree angle back. it's very comfortable however when you lean back in it.also the construction of it at home, not the best instructions, and a couple screws were uncooperative. It ended up taking three of us to put it together. The arm cushions. While right now being new they are great, I can see they won't last as long as the rest of the chair. Maybe the company will have replacements for them in the future so that we can continue the life of the chair a little longer? All having said and done. I'm really going to enjoy this chair. I do recommend it and would buy another one if I need too.

Great chair. Minor cons.
Really is a great chair. It came in a perfect condition. I can sit in it for 6-8 hours and not have any pain.I only have 2 cons for this chair.1. It was not as tall as I thought it would be. I'm 5'10" 160lbs and with my back pressed against the back cushion the top of the chair reaches my shoulders. I wanted to learn my head back in the chair and I can only do that while I slouch.2. Putting it together was very simple. However, the screw holes on the right side of the chair where I attach the arms were not aligning with the hole in the arms. They were off by a few millimeters. I was not able to securely fasten 1 screw in the right arm.Even thought that screw isn't in completely it is still a sturdy chair and ill still give it 5*. Glad I got it.

This is a really good chair!
My wife works at home and I bought this for her birthday. Putting it together was a no-brainer...your basic supplied allen wrench and a sheet with pictures that have circles and arrows pointing to which hole what screws go into. The chair is solid, supportive and comfortable. It is a big step up from the chair she has been using. The price is very affordable and you get more than your money's worth. I definitely recommend it.
