Perfect replacement for the plastic parts that were originally on my cooler. Instillation was straightforward and the new pieces matched and lined up perfectly. It was worth the extra money to buy the metal pieces instead of replacing the old hinges and latch with plastic ones. Everything you need is included except the screwdriver. I expect to get many more years out of my cooler with these upgraded parts.

I hate returning anything so I am extremely happy I made the correct choice of purchasing OEM parts. I spent several hours researching my old 150 qt cooler because there are no model numbers and tons of configurations. Saw cheaper ones but the reviews weren't great. Wrong dimensions, screw holes out of position and poor quality. Most said the latch stud didn't fit. These are a perfect fit. Period. Don't mess with all the others, just get this one. Worth every penny.

Plastic latches on my cooler were broke. Replaced the broken plastic latches with stainless steel latches. Looks and works much better. Keep in mind the whole latch is not stainless. The actual "snaps" that lock the latch are still plastic.

These are superior to the plastic components that came on me original ice chest. They should last a long time

Fits and works for the Igloo Marine Contour 150 qt cooler. At first glance, I didn't think the latches were going to work, but they do. Just look at the installation pictogram on the back of the package before you mount any hardware.I chose to use the same screws that came installed because they're identicle to the new ones. The only thing I think I'd do different if I ever have to replace latches and hinges on another cooler like this is that I'd put a little dab of through the roof or maybe some clear permatex on each screw before I tightened. I don't know if that would be altogether necessary, but some little insurance the screws will never back out seems desirable.This kit raised the price of the cooler ~thirty bucks, but now I have confidence the latches and hinges won't be destroyed in half a day of use. The marine contour 150 latches and hinges are easily the worst Igloo ever chose to use for any cooler they've ever made. This replacement kit turns the cooler from a throw away at the end of the weekend cooler to one you'll drag around to family events and fishing trips for years to come.

Direct fit to my 120 classic Igloo, "stainless steel" hinges! These screwed right on no hassles and the rest of the hardware will come in handy down the road. My cooler has the "old style" two screw button....no problem, just screw the handle in place and it automatically lines up with the button, sweet.

The latches on our twenty year-old Igloo were snapped and long gone. The replacement screws in the kit are narrower than the originals - and so we used the original ones for a perfect repair that took about five minutes to complete. The new metal replacement parts restored our cooler to fully functional.
