Muy buena calidad, los materiales se sienten resistentes, la conseguí por 700,sin embargo llego a estar en 560 es muy buen producto a ese precio.

ça c'est de la médecine ball !
Juste la meilleure médecine ball que j'ai eu entre les mains... stable, résistante, vous pouvez faire tout les exercices connus et même en inventer d'autres ;-)Perso je suis parti sur une ball de 11kgs... On ne dirait pas comme ça mais c'est bien lourd ! Surtout si vous la lancez contre un mur pour la rattraper ensuite, vous allez vous accroupir sous les 11kgs qui redescendent !Je l'utilise également en complément d'une Jump Box, et à la fin de la séance je suis limite en chaise roulante ^_^ Tout ça pour dire que ça travaille bien et que c'est de la super qualité !

メディシンボールは色々な種類や素材のものが出ていますが、ゴム状なので持ちやすさフィット感等は優れていると思います。もし人にぶつかった場合でも衝撃レベルは小さくて済みそうです。反発力もあるので、叩きつけにも使えます。あとは耐久性がどの程度なのか？使っていかないとわかりません。表面がディンプルなので掃除やお手入れはちょっと面倒かもしれません。
