Q: What are the interior dimentions of the tub?

Q: Is there a saddle horn inside to keep baby from slipping forward?

Yes. It's like a floaty blob attached to the bottom, it isn't angular and seems pretty comfortable. If your little one can sit in a high chair, they would probably be comfy in this, too, attended.

Q: Does this have to be deflated after each use or just drained?

We haven't deflated it since we first inflated it and it holds up really well. I just rinse it off and hook it on the shower curtain widget (mine are reverse U shape with knobs on the end..intended to hold up dual curtains) using the little hanging loop the bathtub has on the bottom. About once a week, we use a clean scrubby and dish soap to scrub and clean it. Seems to work pretty well.

Q: Would an average size 4 year old fit in this?

Probably a bit too small for an average sized 4 year old.
