I have been using since 12 months working great for me but top cover hinges broken as that is plastic made.

The kettle had great reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't last as long as I had hoped. Initially, the kettle worked well, but over time, the glass turned yellow, and despite repeated washing, the discoloration remained. Additionally, the metal base developed rust, which is not healthy. Even though I purchased the warranty, the device stopped working suddenly after just 9 months. I reached out to the company for repair or replacement, but my message went unanswered. Thankfully, I contacted Amazon for support, and they responded quickly and efficiently. A big thank you to Amazon for their excellent service!

As an avid tea consumer, this water kettle exceeded my expectations in every sense. The design is stylish, no plastic in contact with the boiling water (which is great!) but it's also very big, and after having used it for 2-3 weeks intensively, still no deposits. Would definitely make the same choice again!

المنتج يعمل بشكل جيد. سبب اختيارنا لهذا المنتج هو صنعه من الزجاج كبيدل أفضل من سابقه المصنوع من الستانستيل الذي نجد صعوبة في تنظيف فتحة صب الماء. هذا بدل سهل التنظيف.

اخترها لأن سعرها مناسب و زجاج (لأن المعدن مع الوقت تتراكم عليه طبقات ملح و الزجاج لا) سريعة و عملية انصح بها

الغلايه ممتازة لكن بعد الاستعمال الكثير يخرب الحساس تصبح لاتطفى من نفسها تستمر تغلي حتى تقوم بإغلاقها
