JiffyPizza Crust Mix, 6.5 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I've always liked Jiffy's pizza crust mix. To me it's just a bit different than mixes that come packaged in envelopes. I have trouble finding it in stores in my area so I was glad to find it on Amazon. It's a good, easy to prepare crust mix that makes a 12" pizza that will support plenty of sauce and toppings. As far as flavor, I'm not sure how much "flavor" is to be expected from a pizza crust if you don't season it with herbs or garlic butter or something, but this crust tastes very good. In regards to packaging and shipping my 6 boxes were sealed in plastic and shipped in an envelope. I would have preferred that boxes of a food product were shipped in a larger box but mine arrived undamaged. Overall this is a good value for a very good crust mix.

Makes Friday night dinner easy and we don’t need to go out.

I love this product. It makes a thin crispy crust that tastes good too. You could make a smaller crust if you want it thicker and more doughy. I cannot find it where I live so finally ordered it here and already enjoyed a delicious thin crust pizza. The crust holds up well to an average to large amount of toppings. I recommend it. It's 10X better than the pre-made crust in the pizza section.

I found the dough difficult to work with on a 12.5 inch round pizza pan because we don't like a paper thin crust. By using two boxes I was able to get a nice medium crust. Because the flavor is rather bland, I added 5 teaspoons of King Arthur Flour Pizza Dough Flavor to the dry mix before adding the water. I then used a can of Furmano's Pizza Sauce, which I like because it is lower in sodium than other brands, 3/4 pound of browned bulk Italian sausage, and 8 ounces of shredded Monterey Jack cheese for the topping. I followed the directions for briefly pre-baking the crust, and baked the assembled pie for the maximum time indicated on the box. It was a hit.

I’ve used these crust mixes to make Dutch oven pizza in the fire on camping trips for 30 years. If I can make a top notch pizza with one of these mixes and river water over a fire, you can too.

Great product, homemade pizza is the best. This make it easy & fun. Get the kids involved, they will love it. They might even make dinner for you 1 night

I can't get this in any of my local stores so I order it. Better than any others I've tried regardless of brand or price so it is worth ordering. Easy, tasty and I always can count on Jiffy brand to deliver quality.
