I have a pro and now I have this Neo and i absolutely love it. Was easy to put together. Was easy to level and printing has been a dream. I did upgrade the bed to the creality glass bed and wow what a difference. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking to get one.

it prints ok but i am unable to load certain files to print/slice any suggestions? I also do not like how the machine doesnt detect printing errors.

Bolts were such bad quality that they stripped multiple in setup. Terrible, horrible junk that should be melted down for any usable purpose other than 3d printing. After multiple printers, I finally landed on US made Bambu Lab P1P. Night and day difference in all aspects. Don't go cheap and try this.

I have many other printers that I have no problem leveling. They are all basic. This has advanced features that won't allow you to simply level it and I cannot make a print after a whole day of fussing with it. Auto level does not level it. Also I can't stand the fact that you must enter every command twice, like you do at Walmart when you want to ring in produce and then it reminds you of the plu and then you have to enter your choice again. Really time consuming when you are printing many small parts.

I got it assembled in about a half hour and had my first print going about an hour after that. Really fun and challenging to learn. This is awsome

Me equivoqué al comprarla, ya que la buscaba comprar era la V2 neo, pero hasta ahora me ha servido de maravilla, le hecho algunas modificaciones como agregarle un sensor de filamento y cerrar la impresora para imprimir ABS. Actualmente hay impresoras mejores por un poco mas de precio como la ender 3 V3 SE y KE las cuales son de la misma marca, pero no me arrepiento de comprar está.

Muito boa pra iniciantes. Fácil de montar. Fácil de usar. Já fiz vários projetos.

The media could not be loaded.  La estaba usando mediante el USB directo a mi laptop, pero el otro día se me ofreció usar la ranura SD y vi que viene defectuosa, lo malo que tire la caja y no me había dado cuenta.Viene desfasada la ranura, cargada hacia el lado derecho y cuando quieres meter la micro SD no entra ya que ropa con pared y no se puede utilizar.Esto me dice que no las revisan antes de mandar
