I bought the strap to use to carry my yoga mat to class with the string over my shoulder as it is shown in the advertisement. The strap arrived without written instructions. I contacted Rachel at " IAM ATHLETICS" and she was very sweet and helpful and sent me a brand new strap already fully assembled with a thank you note attached for my helpful feedback. "I AM ATHLETICS" is now my favorite place to purchase my yoga supplies and I recommend them!

I like the fact that it doubles as a carry strap and a yoga strap. Works well for both. The video on how to loop the D-rings was not very clear so I figured out how to do it another way and it works well. D-rings and strap is heavy duty.

This product is great as a yoga mat strap! It took about 5 minutes to actually figure out how to turn this into a mat strap but the product itself is high quality and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a carry strap. The product arrived via Prime on time as usual :)

Strong strap, improv loop to hold mat
Great strap, very heavy duty and thick. The stitching of the loops onto the straps are also very strong. Ideal length. I didn't get my strap pre assembled however I improvised and it worked great!!!

Takes me forever to tie up my mat at the end of class, comes loose, super annoying.

Nice looking and well made
It's well made but I still can't figure out how to use it. I don't think I've got my mat in it correctly. I wish the directions were more clear.
