bigger is better
I've used and reviewed other kegel weights systems. This the best set for me. I've tried the ones shaped like a bullet, but those slipped out. The sets that come with a single beginner ball and a double ball are nowhere near as heavy as the heaviest ball in this set, and I still had trouble with them slipping out. Some women find these to be too large, so I guess you'll have to experiment to find out for yourself. But I would definitely recommend these to women who have had children. When I slack off on using these, I start waking up to go to the bathroom more over night. When I begin using them again, my husband can tell a difference immediately and I sleep longer without getting up. And ever since I started using kegel balls, I haven't had any issues with leakage. I find these easy to insert and remove despite the larger size.

Winner Winner I'm for Dinner
These are beautiful. Truly. They come packaged wonderfully and include a nice silk bag for transport, which I appreciate for those fun date nights. This is a great set whether you've been at it for a little while or are just starting out. They also come packaged by weight in order, and they are SO SILKY!!! I've had my fair share of exercise balls but these are THE MOST COMFORTABLE I've found yet. These are a win.

Very nice design!
I've only used them a few times because I tend to forget I have them! But they seem to do what they are supposed to do... they definitely remind you to use your kegals when they are in there. They are soft and comfortable too.
