These pills are really odorless and tasteless. Also, in spite of their relatively large size, they're quite easy to swallow. In fact they go down more easily than some of much smaller pills I take.

Fish oil is a great supplement to take for so many reasons, heart and brain and joint health to name a few. You likely aren’t getting enough Omega 3 in your diet unless you eat fish a few times a week. Pregnant women need it more as it is critical for fetal development and for young kids it is important for brain development too, so read up on it. The recommended dose of total Omega 3 is 1100 mg for women , but 1600 mg for men, so this product falls a little short for men. Yes, you are getting oil from wild caught pollack, USA made. And that’s what your paying extra for of course. But there are other available options too of wild caught fish that are equally good, so shop around . More isn’t necessarily better, but try and get the recommended dose and a high amount of DHA ( at least 200mg DHA ) . This one covers that easily. This is a worthy product , but the fact that you should take it consistently means you need to find your most affordable option. Research and shop. Spend your money on good and economical products and always understand what you are taking and why. No complaints, this is a 3 month supply for about 14.00 a month and a good clean product.

I would never get a supplement without doing some research, most of which can be done by looking closely at the label. Some things you want to look for are:NSF/Consumer Labs/USP - 3rd party testing to ensure the vitamins/minerals listed are actually in the supplement and to ensure that the dosages of those vitamins/minerals are in fact what you're getting. This supplement does not state anything about 3rd party testing.GMP - Ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. This supplement does not state that it's GMP certified.Main ingredients - Main ingredient is wild caught Alaska PollockOther ingredients - look for fillers (cellulose, gelatin, stearic acid, stearate, silicon dioxide, etc) , additives, gluten/dairy/yeast/etc if your diet is intolerant. This supplement has a soft gel capsule made from bovine gelatin, glycerin, and water.Overall I love that this product was caught and manufactured in the USA using wild caught fish. I cut one capsule open to smell the oil to ensure it's not rancid and there was zero bad smells which is great but I don't love that they didn't have their product 3rd party tested or certified.Pills are a bit large, but they do offer a large dosing of omega-3s. I had no fishy aftertaste or burps with these. Overall I feel like they could be a great product but I can't be confident in what I'm taking and would love to see this product with some "seals of approval"
