Great for slicing brisket

IT’s SHARP & WORTH EVERY PENNY!It’s a beautiful knife. I bought it to cut large pieces of rib eyes into 1” steaks, and just to cut meats in general. It’s very sharp. It’s long, which is super helpful with large pieces. It’s cuts easy.BEWARE: Do not wash in your dishwasher. Wash by hand, but BEWARE when doing so, I sliced my thumb while drying it with a paper towel. It’s super sharp.I highly recommend this knife. I will be buying more. The price under $40 with the coupon was a good deal, imho compared to many in the market.Buy it! Don’t waste time!!

I’ve purchased several butcher knives from this manufacturer. The blades are well-made, full tang blades that run through its wooden handle. I like the balanced design that fits comfortably in my hand. High-quality steel that holds a nice, sharp edge.

I'm not a kitchen expert or master chef, but I do enjoy crafting a meal and am trying to upgrade my kitchen setup. This carving knife is just right for me. It is very well made, good quality steel, comes with a protective case, care instructions, and is very sharp. I love it. I cannot speak to the issue of how it compares to more expensive knifes - maybe someday I'll know the difference. But for now, this is an excellent knife that meets my needs at reasonable cost. I recommend it for those who might be in a similar situation.
