These peppers were very flavorful add to a variety of dishes where you want a little heat. I used the pepper seeds to grow three plants over the summer. 80% of seeds from the dried peppers germinated within 7 days, and took about 3 months to harvest starting in June. Now I have 3 plants pumping out this pepper variety to make into powder or dried peppers. Great for Italian sauces or other dishes. Pepper and supplier are 5 stars.

I purchased this item to collect seeds to be used for planting. They were excellent quality and much cheaper than other sellers of this pepper on Amazon. These dried Calabrian peppers are excellent quality and were properly dried. They are hot but not incendiary. Excellent for flavoring Italian dishes.
