This is a great one cup coffee maker. It is very easy to use, you just push one button to start it and I like the fact that you can set the timer. It doesn’t take up much room either. Very good value for money.

I love the Ex pro coffee maker. It's simple to use. Takes up very little space on the counter. It makes a lovely cup of coffee and it stays hot for sometime.The only negative which is minor it does drip. Overall I find it exceptional

I got one of these as a Christmas present and it has become my go to hot beverage maker. I love the fact it comes with the Thermos cup and measuring spoon. Using the supplied cup you use this to measure the water to put in the back of the machine. This is awesome because your using the exact amount of water you need for your drink, no wasted electricity. The filter is reusable and easy to clean. The unit has a time function and can be programmed to got off at a specific time in the morning, so when you get downstairs you have a hot cup of Coffee waiting for you. The great thing is you don't just have to make Coffee with it. You could use loose leaf Tea, however I find that round Tea bags also make a good enough brew for me.

I bought this for my wife after a hotel stay where they had a similar machine. My wife loves the coffee, and it uses a fraction of the electricity it takes to boil a (normally over-filled) kettle. It drips a bit after making the coffee but that is its only flaw. Great value.

Updated review , after a week had to replace defective mug , then product got decidedly worse, now it fails to run through the water , produces an inch or so of cold coffee, constantly steams and then drips . Absolutely useless

Travel cup does not fit in the coffee maker so the cup is worthless, i may return..
