I will reccomend this brand to others. Customer for life!
This brand is awesome. I've been trying to find more affordable products for my 3C curls. This product and the gel are now firmly in my spring/summer routine. I live in the southern US for weather reference. This cream is a watery, runny consistency. It drips out of the tube when you open the container. This is very light, yet hydrating. My hair felt very nice with this product after washing and conditioning. I felt like it melted into my hair and gave it that "slip." It smells very nice and goes well with the gel. It dries well and doesn't weigh hair down. I'm happier with this product than I was with many salon brands. I'm so surprised how happy I am with this purchase.I will reccomend this product to my friends and family who have any kind of textured hair. Great for wavy and curly hair. I haven't been excited to find a new brand in a long time, but this is worth the praise! I feel that for the price it's definitely worth trying.

Great for 3C hair
My daughter has very thick curly coily hair- 3C. We’ve tried many products over the years. Her hair needs a lot of moisture. This product has worked really well for her.

Great oil for curly hair.
I never thought I'd be using Dippity-Do products, just like my grandmother did. But this oil really helps my naturally curly and coarse hair stay soft. The two-pack is a great value. I found it in a discount store, but now it's only available to me on Amazon. I've received several comments from other people who touch my hair or also have curls. I recommend oil for curly hair, and this one specifically.

Dippity don't
This product is defined as a curl cream. It is a gel that made my hair feel dry. It is labeled de-frizz. I had a layer of frizz all over and the ends were especially frizzy. I tried it once using less product and once using more product, so it is not due my application. Other brands have not given me these negative results. I will be returning it.

Yes, Dippity Do is still around!
My niece recommended this for my naturally wavy hair, so I ordered it. The scent is light, fresh and very pleasant. It does not linger in your hair like some products do! It does hold the waves in my hair, and accentuates the curls and volume. It does make my hair feel a little coarse after using it, so I apply a fine mist of a nourishing oil after my hair is dry, and that makes it feel better and adds more shine.

Runny, scent is ok but….
But I’m looking for something like the original Dippity Do. That scent was so iconic, clean and it was a setting lotion that worked. I’m looking for that still. I rely on these reviews so if I find something that is similar to the original, I will buy it. Didn’t do much to cal. My frizz, if ISlopped it on - because it is runny, then it calms the frizz but looks strange, so I brush it out and the frizz came back
