Sprained my ACL and babied my leg to long and started get lol cramping. Used tigger balm to help ease my muscles. Worked wonderfully!!!

Tiger balm is my go to product for knee pain relief. The texture is smooth and, while there is a smell, it’s not overwhelming. It works fast, I put it on before exercise and then cover with a knee brace to keep from getting Tiger Balm all over. It works as good as some of the more expensive products. Good value, excellent pain relief.

Ok so my husband and I are getting old. There I said it. We are getting old.That being said there’s random body aches on one of us all the time. This stuff has become a staple in our home. It works on every body ache and sore muscle you have. In fact it’s even good on your chest when you have a cold.Like I said we use it for everything. There’s a joke in our family get the tiger balm. You broke your arm get the tiger balm, oh you need stitches get the tiger balm.It’s our go to for everything. We have it on auto ship. 3 cans every 6 months. And sometimes that’s not enough.It does have a strong smell, but that’s good for a cold. It gets all over your clothes and I never apply it without gloves cause it’s hard to wash off your hands for a few hours.

This is a repeat order and it works very well, so we keep plenty in the house. The smell is a bit strong, but not objectionable like other muscle and paint ointments. It lasts 6-8 hours when applied.
