Not Velcro and large on head
Picture shows Velcro and some answered say that too but mine was a buckle. And I have a pretty large head and this hat was just about sitting on my ears and hit my glasses on my face if I put it on correctly.

Big fan of the low profile
I don't like when a hat rubs against my ears. I don't have that problem with this hat. Would recommend.

No quality control
I bought this Nike hat thinking it will be “better” since it was more expensive than other nike hats selling on Amazon. Unfortunately, the hat has misaligned lining in the front and is very visible when I put it on. I noticed right away the first time I tried it on. Theres other little imperfections but for $40 I was expecting a decent hat. This really looks like a $10 hat to me. I am not able to return it as I took off the tag before trying out the hat thinking Nike has always been good to me.
