I AM a professional pet groomer of 20+ yrs. The shernbao 5 in 1 fine blades last longer than any wahls I've ever owned! I only would maybe lean towards 4 stars bc when using with the wahl guide combs, sometimes I need to make more passes to get as smooth of a cut as with a wahl 5 in 1 fine. However NONE of my wahls last longer than a week. I use my bravuras(I have multiples) almost always, bc my carpel tunnel and torn rotator cuff can't handle the weight of my andis ultra edge 2 speeds anymore. And for the price of wahl blades they should be far more durable than a week of regular usage. As I'm sure wahl is aware that more and more groomers are using them over the heavier corded clippers, for grooming the entire animal, quality of workmanship should be a priority as well as economic value. For as much money as I spend on new 5 in 1 FINE blades, I'm glad I found a set that I can afford to repurchase without choosing between that n gas! I've read other people's reviews and I do want to mention that ONLY THE SHERNBAO FINE SET FITS THE BRAVURA, the standard set does not! And as far as the one person stating that theirs broke upon first use...they are obviously not knowledgeable of their clippers. I saw the picture and the only thing wrong (NOT BROJEN BY ANY MEANS) is actually just the blade being off track. Its a quick fix! Just use your thumb and slid the inner blade back to center, and it would perform as it was originally designed to. As this has happened to me, with both the wahl and shernbao blades as well. In my experience, the only things that break on these blades are the plastic black clips on the back piece of the blade that allow them to be held onto the clippers and maybe twice a hard drop(or in my experience the dog kicked the blade off the table across the room) and broke off a tooth on the blade. Although you can also purchase new backs for the blade set and just change them out yourself. As a seasoned groomer, I rarely send anything in for repair or servicing. I maintain all my own equipment and tools, aside from sharpening. Watch some YouTube videos people! Most things are DIY! 1 tip...use a pipe cleaner to push any Hair that gets trapped between the 5 in 1 blades (just stick the pipe cleaner in between the blades n push it through the other side) and OIL OIL OIL the 5in 1 blades! As for shernbao, fantastic job! You've got a loyal customer her.

This blade is supposed to fit a Wahl Bravura. It does not. The tabs are the wrong shape and the blade does not clip on. It falls off.But.. anyone familiar with the Wahl Bravura may have seen or used the rubber band trick that is often necessary after dropping these clippers. So that works on this blade. Use the big thick grocery store produce rubber bands, and strap this baby to the clippers.Next you may think the blades are dull, but they are not. They are ground at a different angle than Wahl's so you have to adjust your clipping angle to "very steep" like practically 90 degrees. And then it cuts. I won't be buying these again.

I am not a professional BUT I do regularly groom my miniature Schnauzer AND do two summer cuts on two great Pyrenees dogs. Because I'm not a professional I'm not the most careful with my blades. I usually buy a new set of blades yearly. this year I purchased a Wahls blade ( as i usually do) and it completely gave out half way through my Great Pyrenees dog. So I had to come back on amazon and find a replacement asap. This one is outpreforming the one I just replaced. very happy and its half the price

I ordered these because the blades for my Chromado have doubled in price and usually do not last longer than a week or two. These blades dont quite fit right. I had to try really hard to get them to fit and they pop off easily because they dont actually fit. My clipper is much quieter but because the blade doesnt fit, the clipper works much harder and runs the battery dead much faster. I could use the clipper all day without charging and now have to charge it after every dog. Would I purchase again? No.
