Q: does thetoilet stool non-slide or enough strong to hold my weight?

I am extremely heavy. 355 and my floors are not carpeted I found this held my weight without buckling and the little foam foot pads kept it from sliding

Q: Would this toilet stool be useable as a stool for my kids to reach the sink as well? I'd rather not have two stools in the bathroom.

Hello, sometimes I would use it as a kids stool. Because it is sturdy enough to support the people while sitting in the toilet, I think it can hold someone weighing over 400 pounds standing on it. then hold up your kids will be easily.

Ok I read the original answer and I am so so confused lol no offense. But the fragrance feature I believe there is like a round can type things with the scented beads in it that will somehow connect to the bottom of the fragrance circle thing!!!
