Why do the pictures show only one barb fitting on the output side? How do you connect the input side?

This pump did not last long it died on me. Is there a warranty on this ?

Same here. I used it ONE time for about 40 minutes last November to transfer gas. Afterwards, I hung it up to drain out any remaining gas inside. Tried to use it again last night and it's dead. No sound at all when I connected it to a battery.
