Super sharp, ultra convenient.
I bought this as a gift for an avid drone flyer to use when repairing or customizing. The materials and construction are top notch. The design is easy to hold. He is especially happy with how fast and easy it is to swap in a new blade. The large supply of blades makes it a good value.

It works perfectly
It’s a small razor knife. Works as designed. I keep it in my EDC kit.

Amazingly small, light, sharp
Took a risk on this knife with no reviews because I really liked the design. Worked out. Very happy with it. New EDC, replacing Gerber EAB. Scalpel blades make utility blades look like butter knives!I like the shape, it's more pocketknife-like than the other scalpel knives on Amazon. Very small and light. Barely over 30g, about an ounce. So tiny, you can clip it to your pocket or waistband and forget about it. 10/10Everything is tight with no play. Flip and locking mechanism works well. Have to hold it a certain way to keep your fingers clear when you flip it open. 9/10So sharp. Unless you are a knife-sharpening nerd, you have never experienced sharpness like scalpel sharpness. And the included blades are cheap blades; they get a lot better. 11/10 best possibleWARNING: Replacing the blades is inherently dangerous. Your fingers will slip, so don't put them anywhere where they will slip into the blade. Use pliers several times to get the hang of it before attempting this barehanded. Dangerous!!Note: There is a 1.5mm x 6mm tritium tube slot on the pocket clip. I don't have a tritium tube so I filled it with yellow nail polish.Update: pocket clip came loose. Using it puts stress on the screw so that it will always come loose in time. Can be retightened but annoying, removed 1 star.

LOVE this thing!
Idk why it was SO insanely hard to find a really lightweight keychain knife... I tend to collect various types of knives because for one thing, they are super cool, and for another, being a woman, I have experienced many occasions of men trying to attack me. Which is hilarious cuz I have RBF syndrome so I really don't have one of those "I am small and weak please try me" types of faces.... I have kept small box cutters on the chains of my keys because it is easy enough to open and it will do the trick in a pinch. But it's not a knife... So I searched high and low, couldn't find exactly what I was looking for that would be what I wanted AND still be lightweight enough to be on my keys. This way it goes with me EVERYWHERE I go!!Found this and placed the order the very first day! It is so perfect, very easy to open and unlike my other pocket knives, VERY easy to close! The part you push to close it actually pushes without practically breaking a nail or indenting the tip of your finger! And the best part is that it comes with replacement blades! Enough to last me a REALLY long time! I have not yet tried to replace them so I cannot attest to how easy it is to switch them out. But anyway, this was exactly what I wanted! Finally!!

Perfect pocketknife for precision cutting
Excellent little pocketknife, roughly the size of the cap of a pen and incredibly useful for chucking in a bag or pocket for people who need something sharper and more precise than a pocket knife or utility blade. As the other reviewers have stated this little knife is slightly more difficult to open than a standard flipper knife, but THIS IS A GOOD THING. This is not something you want in any way accidentally opening up. No matter how good you think you are at sharpening knives or how "razor sharp" the blades you usually use are, you MUST respect scalpel blades. If you've ever been cut by one you'll know what I mean and will understand why the designer put in a strong detent here. If this thing accidentally opened up you wouldn't feel it for a solid 5-10s. Strong detents are a GOOD THING on a tool like this. One thing I will note, **this knife likely only works with #11 blades or similar** given the position of the tailpost. Not a problem if that's the blade you plan to carry in it, but something worth bearing in mind.Other than that - fit, finish, packaging, everything was great for the price. Item came lubricated from the factory and well torqued and threadlocked out of the box. No fiddling or setup required (just be careful when installing and removing blades!).

A solid pocket scalpel that you'll be absolutely happy with
So far, I've purchased 4 of these little bad boys and 100 extra blades. I prefer the #24 surgical blades (even though the box they came in says #2). I use this blade every single day for everything from cutting open envelopes and stickers to shaving plastic pieces to fit various projects. The knife itself is either titanium or a heavy duty aluminum allow as it is not magnetic. The blade holder and pivot pin are steel though. It may look delicate, but its durable as hell. The only 2 minor drawbacks are that the blade will rest on the rear frame pin, and dull that very tiny spot. The other issue is that the pivot pin will have to be tightened from time to time (You can use your fingers) to keep the blade centered in the frame.Other than those 2 little things, I completely love these surgical folders and keep them with all of my different sets of gear.On a side note, I usually keep a few extra sterile blades with each one, and i replace the blade on my EDC one every week. Saves so much time and energy. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that I have an extremely sharp, precision cutting instrument on me at all time.

Locking blade for safety!
This little knife uses blades and are inexpensive and easy to replace. It is small, making it easy to carry so it's available when you need a blade. The opening and closing is smooth. My favorite thing is that it has a locking blades for safety when cutting. Many of the surgical blade pocket knives available lack that important feature.
