I have tried several multivitamins but these win the gold medal. The dose is one pill a day which is something I love. There is no horrible odor or taste like many other brands. I have no problem swallowing these multivitamins. Iwill not buy any other brand so I strongly recommend these!

I got these after trying several different brands of the recommended briactic Vitamin chews. The over powering taste and long lasting bad aftertaste made those products look at this. I was hesitant a first, because of all the negative reviews warning about vomiting them up and up set stomach. I can tell you from my experience though that I haven’t experienced any of that. My mornings have speed up and and are not such a unpleasant every morning.Now, before thaking these I spoke with both my nutritionist and doctor. They both agreed that it all just depends on the person and how they where they are in the healing process. I had my surgery at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics’ Dietary Health Clinic, where the Complete 18 is one of three recommended vitamins for patients to take. They don’t get paid or get any kick backs from the manufacturers for recommending the supplements. In fact I tried the other two first.So, Ask your doctor and nutritionist. Then try it. The worst that happens is it’s not going to agree with your stomach. At least this company will let you return the unused product.

Was excited about these to only take one vitamin a day after sleeve surgery. Trouble is that didn’t matter if I took on an empty stomach or with food/liquid, it caused severe upset stomach and vomiting every time I took these.Just too strong for me to take. With it worked but was a no go for me. Barimelt vitamins were perfect to change to and no more upset stomach.
