Other then arriving in a almost destroyed box, the bag the graduals showed up in was undamaged. Loaded the water softener and we have been enjoying good water for a couple of months now.

I had to change my resin in my water softener because of years of iron fouling. I admittedly was a bit nervous buying this because of how cheap it is, but I've been using it for about 2 months now with several regenerations and it is working exactly how it should and providing soft water. It wasn't very clear in the online description but the bag I got was indeed a full cubic foot.

I have had a Water2Buy water softener since 2016 and have been delighted with its perfomrance over the years. I had a problem with the resin getting contaminated between buying the unit and installing it and the guarentee had expired. Water2Buy sent me resin and instructions on how to clean and refil the unit with the new resin. Fabulous service becasue they didn't have to do anything so i was so pleased with their helpful customer service - completely unexpected. The resin itself has been in the unit and working perfectly sincepurchase and I am very pleased with the family unit i purchased which recharges once a week overnight. The water quality is noticeably better as i suffer from excema and the softened shower water feels silky and has helped reduce irritation to my skin. I live in south London and the water hardness in Bexley is absolutely vile and you have to descale the kettle three times a week and our vegetable steamer has a scum in the water until I started using the softened water to cook vegetables in. Anyone who lives in greater London and doesn't have a softener is missing out and I would thoroughly recommend Water2Buy softeners for ease of installation, longevity of service and great customer care. The units are much better priced than competitor models and two friends have already bought newer models of the unit I have and are equally delighted.
