The full metal body is awesome. Not feeling the big razer logo on the top, if there an option to remove it, would have picked it. Also color option was limited to black, was hoping for silver or white.The performance is good but due to being a laptop, the wattage and cooling did hinder the performance. I would recommend the GTX3070 over the GTX3080 to save a few bucks as the performance hit wouldn't been too noticeable.Overall love it but the price is higher then a comparable spec from Asus or other manufacturers. It's mostly the WOW factor when getting razer products.

Loving this laptop, capable of everything. Battery lasts around 3-4 hours, so not that much, but works for me since I almost always use it plugged.Some programming, gaming and browsing and everything 10/10.Looks beautiful as well, quite slim and light, doesnt even seem like a gaming laptop.Quite expensive though, but what you are paying is mainly the premium build quality, which is up to par with macbooks.

For the most part, it functions very well. I can get my schoolwork and gaming done without too much of a hitch, usually. However.... the audio and visual aspects often struggle greatly. (Please note I primarily only play Genshin Impact on this computer, as this is my base reference.) When playing the aforementioned game, everything seems fine. However, I cannot screen record or screen share EVER because apparently it projects this odd whirring sound to everyone and they can never hear the source audio above the noise. Speaking of audio, sometimes it sounds fine, then other times it sounds like you're in an echoing tunnel or underwater (and if you connect a headset.. good luck). Even worse, whenever I try to watch a video on any browser, everything feels like one of those old 3D movies with the red/blue glasses... only if you tried to watch them without the glasses and were stuck seeing all 3 layers at once. While it does certain things well, others are done so poorly it makes me question why I spent so much on this thing. Don't get me wrong, I'm still very happy with how fast it loads and well it runs my games with usually hardly a crash, if any...... but it falls so short on basic aspects like loading a simple video that it's frustrating and infuriating. No matter how much I look into the problems or buy other things to try and get around this, I'm no better off or worse off in the long run. After months of owning this bad boy, I've just gotta say... definitely do your research, make sure this is the right one for you, especially if you're willing to put up with the many audio/visual defects overall.As an aside, I did give screen quality 4 stars because of how lovely gameplay looks but.... good gods I hope Razer implements some sort of bug fix (or Windows, not sure who's most at fault at this point).

Instead, it is a complaint of Amazon's description of this product and its refund policy.I purchased this Laptop as a Christmas gift on December 14, and nowhere in the listing of the item did it say it was used or remanufactured. I thought it was NEW. It came in a plain cardboard box and looked used.On December 24th I initiated a return back to Amazon for a dead-on-arrival laptop. That's right it didn't even work. January 2, I dropped it off at UPS for return to Amazon. On January 3, Amazon showed that they had received the laptop. My refund wasn't until February 15. I was told by Amazon Philippines, that purchases over $1000 are held for at least a month before a refund is returned.I have purchased this Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop from Razer, which comes in an amazing box with instructions, warranty information, etc. Also, by the way, it is Brand new.I would highly recommend this Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop as it is the best laptop I have ever used. I will not purchase any electronic devices from Amazon in the future.
