I was very disappointed that there was no power adapter in the box

I have used it on my first professional live event and the device froze twice on me interrupting the live stream and recording. It had got latest firmware. Retuned the product obviously.

Alot of us invested in the first YB original……only to be the beta testers for the YL team. Joined the FB group and after continuous questioning and messaging they final admitted the device only streams audio in mono, the input is in mono!!! Their original advert showed the device excepting sound from a mixing desk that’s why we bought it as they (mixing desks)send stereo outs!! So our streaming of live bands and artist is straight away compromised…..as phones, tablets these days are stereo audio and telling clients their streams where mono makes us a laughing stock.Of course being a new device the YB original was full of bugs and problems, YL continuously asked the FB group for ideas and improvements and features they wanted. Amazing you may think, a company who really want to work for the customer, this bill line fed from influencers and them……………No as actually this was a way of developing their PRO version of the unit. All us YB original owners where left a long wait for bug fixing, and updates so the unit performs right and waited and waited. Then…THEN the company released the PRO version for slightly more we paid for the original……old processor version we had. Then the updates for the PRO started to be be delivered, while excuse after excuse why there was hold up for the YB original. THE JOKE IS even the mini version they do have the updates they can run and the mid priced unit in between the two can’t run. So the bottom line is, they exploited the customers who believed in them from the start, they rushed it to market, and basically used the revenue from the start to make the PRO from our pockets.
