I LOVE these foot pads!! They provide instant pain relief via COLD or HOT therapy!! I was pretty shocked at how quickly they reduced the swelling in my feet after a 12 hr day on them. Best purchase for quick foot care. I will say, don't put them in the microwave for more than 30 seconds, then test on your foot, they heat up fast.

Great fit, form and comfort as a cold compress for acute "big" toe pain caused by gout. Having the 2 that came with the order was essential for treatment because the compress once taken out of the freezer and pulled onto your toe and foot loses the cold temperature quickly (after approximately 10 minutes), so I would take the first one off put back in the freezer and grab the second one. So you can get about 20 minutes of cold compress relief total between the two. I used 20 minutes on 20 minutes off and it totally relieved the extreme pain of the gout attack Now my gout is not as progressed (with joint nodules) like some people but I will tell you that if you suffer from gout in your big toe like I do you should get at least one pair of these and keep them on the ready in your freezer. I can honestly say that this product was a game changer for treating the severe pain caused by gout.

I have very short wide feet so I was worried the ice pack would fit too tight. They go on with ease. They seem to be made of neoprene and are lightweight. I have gout with pain and swelling in my big toe and it slid on easily and was able to cool and soothe the swelling. There are little microbeads inside. My only negative is I wish they stayed cooler longer. But since they come in a 2-pack, I just switched them out. Even in the freezer the microbeads are not hard or heavy and if you can't tolerate the coldness directly from the freezer, just leave on counter 5 min. to thaw a bit These work great. I would recommend this product and I would buy again.

Exactly as shown works great, can be reversed so if one foot is injured you can rotate ice packs back and forth

After toe surgery ice on my foot is my best friend. This is a great product but unfortunately they warm up quickly. Solved this by putting another ice bag either on top or below my foot.

I have suffered from turf toe for over 30 years. It’s almost impossible to find an ice pack that fits snuggly on the foot like you need it to. Then I found this. It’s amazing. Some of the reviews say it’s not cold enough but I disagree. I think it’s perfect and I wish I would’ve known about it long ago. I’m excited that I can take this with me when I travel because that’s when my foot seems to hurt the most at the end of the day. Even a hotel refrigerator gets this cold enough to give you relief.

Best I've tried for big toes Gout

I received two left foot units, I need this for my right foot. I decided to try it on my left foot to see how it worked and possibly exchange it. I left it in the freezer overnight and put it on. Fit well, was comfortable, and was at room temperature within 5 minutes. Not effective at all, does not stay cold.
