I've been in the market for a reasonably priced baby monitor and love this VAVA monitor. I chose this brand because I have their egg night light and the customer service was great as was their product (going on 5 year strong). The picture quality and connection are good. I'm able to see my baby from upstairs while he's napping. The night vision has been so valuable during our sleep training journey, and I only wish I had bought this earlier.

I was initially happy with this baby monitor, but it stopped working after just a couple of months. The night vision feature failed completely making it useless at night. I reached out to VAVA for a replacement or refund, but they refused help. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support. I would not recommend this product or company.
