I’ve been taking Iron Repair for a few months now, and around the 3-month mark I really started noticing a difference. I bought this on the suggestion of the Facebook group and the "iron protocol". I wasnt able to purchase it when I started, but I bought a bottle after finishing off a different iron pill.My stomach got used to the heme iron supplement I had been on for months, and I was happy to see this in stock. It has given me the absolute WORST stomach aches and an awful taste in my mouth. Quite like plant based irons do. I've read that this company has been sued for false claims of no heme in this iron and I wouldn't doubt it. I highly suggest against this product, as it is non refundable should you have issues. It's a gamble I would suggest to anyone.

I have been taking this supplement on and off for the last year. Most recently, I’ve been taking it on a routine basis and I definitely notice a huge difference. My hair is falling out less and less! My ferritin was 9 when I started out. I was severely iron deficient and likely still am. I am only taking 1 per day, but agree with the reviews on here that state it is VERY gentle on the stomach. I can take it with or without food and I notice zero adverse effects. I am planning to increase my dosage to at least 2 a day. This is absolutely worth it!!

Highest amount of heme iron I could find in a pill especially for the cost! Excited to see what my follow up blood tests show. It’s nice to have an iron that can absorbed without a lot of restrictions.

When I discovered my blood iron was low, I spent quite a bit of time searching for an iron supplement that would not have severe side effects and would be easier to take daily.
