From shirts to sheets, we love the way fabrics look (and feel!) when they're properly conditioned. Fluff and soften with this plant-derived fabric softener designed to be the perfect complement to our detergents. Decreases drying time, reduces wrinkles, and eases ironing while eliminating static cling. Our start-to-finish laundering collection is scented in Classic, the ultimate ""clean laundry smell."" This product is plant-derived from canola, unlike grocery store-brand fabric softeners that are made with animal fat. Products that contain animal fat coat the fabric, are hard to remove, and also reduce the fabric's absorbency - be conscious when using such products with towels. Fabric softener also reduces flame retardency, so do not use on children's sleepwear or other items labeled flame resistant. Fabric softener and dryer sheets are similar; however, dryer sheets are nonwoven material coated in fabric softener, while fabric softener is liquid added to the wash cycle. Using liquid fabric softener is more effective because it is more concentrated. Fabric softener must be used in the assigned machine dispenser, as it is timed to release during the rinse cycle. Highly concentrated - up to 16 washes.

I’ll never do laundry without LAUNDRESS again!😍
It’s taken me decades to realize “DRY CLEAN ONLY” is not a law to be obeyed without question. The wash tag does not rob me of free will. I’d always read those 3 words and hypnotically handed my clothes over to be processed in a hot, steamy, industrial facility Where it will return pinned to a wire hanger, swaddled in plastic wrap, leaving a tiny vapor trail as it’s plucked from an endlessly rotating conveyer of other people’s laundry. But, I don’t have an executive job or a party lifestyle that necessitates my clothes be cleaned on a schedule so the dry cleaner isn’t something that fits into my routine. It’s an anomaly like taking a spinning class or splurging on Starbucks. For some people that’s a priority equal to grocery shopping or taking the kids to school. For this, single, stay at home mom of two, the dry cleaner Is an annoyance, like an oil change or going to the DMV... it disrupts the routine and I’d rather pick something else to wear (until there’s nothing else to wear and it’s a choice between going to the dry cleaner or buying something just to have a clean sweater) Well, a couple of months ago I was looking at the wash tag on a new sweater and it said “dry cleaning recommended”? What? Recommended? How bizarre! A choice??So I did an internet search and discovered that almost all dry cleaning is entirely OPTIONAL!!!!!! Holy Cow!!’.. and in almost every case, the LEAST preferred method of maintaining the life and luster of your clothes!!The chemicals break down fibers and shorten the life of your garment. With a little care you can launder your sweaters at HOME, for FREE and in less time than the whole drop off/wait/pick up dry clean routine. Ive always hated the lingering smell of solvents from dry cleaning but I’ve never cared for the overpowering scent associated with most detergents. Also, natural fibers like wool or cashmere tend to smell musky or old, when wet. So, I went on a hunt for something I could use on sweaters that wouldn’t leave a heavy scent behind and more importantly, rinse easily and without residue. All my research kept circling back to LAUNDRESS products. Magazine articles, consumer studies, Household blogs to How To vlogs... LAUNDRESS products were mentioned time and time again. I liked the simplicity of their claims and the FABRIC CONDITIONER seemed to be Exactly what I was looking for.I figure there are so many fake reviews and click bait traps on the internet that’s it’s really hard to get a true idea of how well a product works and if it will deliver on its claims.... So, based upon the sheer volume of times that LAUNDRESS was mentioned/recommended/listed/reviewed and the price point ( not so cheap I would worry about damaging my clothes but less than a trip to the dry cleaner) and Amazon’s excellent return policy... I gave it a shot.LOVE. That’s the best way to describe it. Everything. packaging. labeling. scent. The pearly color of the conditioner, The way the water felt silky after pouring in a capful, how evenly it dispersed, how clean and clear the water after one rinse, the soft feeling of the sweater when still damp, the unbelievable feel after it was dry. The hint of scent.. almost too slight to even notice but just enough to feel your wearing something that’s fresh and just cleaned.I add it to EVERYTHING now. All my laundry from the kids clothes to the towels I use to clean the house! Just a tiny bit of LAUNDRESS fabric conditioner changes the whole dynamic of what clean SHOULD feel like.I use unscented detergents or multi use washer balls that change the ph of the water and ( supposedly? Hopefully?) help the environment or PURACY enzyme stain remover in the wash cycle. I use cold water, quick wash and single rinse and use only wool balls in the dryer ( if anything). My laundry always looked clean, smelled clean, felt adequate. No complaints....Since adding this conditioner to my routine my laundry looks brighter, smells like fresh air, and feels incredible!I’m so spoiled by this product that I poured some into a shampoo travel bottle so I wouldn’t be without it on vacation. I wouldn’t do a load of laundry without it.It’s one of the few things I can really rave about in a review (Kickee Pants kids clothing, Brave Soldier healing ointment, NYX wonder pencil, Lauren Moshi sweatpants, Nexcare acne spot patches... to name a few of my CANT LIVE WITHOUT items) it took me about 45 minutes to write this... it’s hard to find words to adequately describe a feeling from a product. If you were on the fence about buying this... I hope this review will persuade you to try it. I fully and wholeheartedly stand behind LAUNDRESS fabric conditioner and encourage you to discover what you’ve been missing.

Interesting smell
Does seem fairly good. I don't know if it's worth the price, but I guess I like to try different stuff partially because I like to smell the clean on stuff and my nose adapts quickly to new scents. I hate it when you can still smell the stink in washed clothes.

Did not care for the scent
I found this to have a very strong and unfavorable scent. It reminded me of a perfume an old lady would wear - musky, floral. Couldn’t even use it because the smell was so bad.

Better Bottle Needed
This really should be in a small pump bottle or with a different cap. The liquid has such a low viscosity that when using the disc top cap as a measuring tool, it leaks all over. Tried just dispensing from the bottle and makes even bigger of a mess.

Scent Fades Quickly
purchased the whole line of No.723 and was hoping to love it more than anticipatedSmell: Great out of the bottle, but it does not last on to the fabricUse: Not many washes per load volume. The price is rather high for the amount of washes you can actually get throughDispense: It is a squeeze bottle, so there will be a large amount of residue build up on the lid due to the thickness of the liquid itself. You will have to clean the lid after each use to prevent dripping.Keep looking around for other options since this item has a few flaws that many other brands have already figured out
