Wouldn’t power on, so I used the troubleshooter. Push and hold the power button for five seconds and it reset itself. I was ready to throw it away but now I can use it!

I was a little skeptical about the quality of this product considering it is a very affordable price comparative to other skincare tools and devices. The device comes with two silicon covers and a charging cable. It recommends you to charge it for 5 hours before using it first, so don't expect to use it straight from the box. It charged easily, and it comes with directions that breakdown the instructions very well plus include pictures for demonstration. It was very easy to use, and required little learning effort. The end of the tool is very blunt, it doesn't feel sharp at all, or like it could harm you. The device itself feels a little cheap, and it worries me for the future longevity of it. But usingit on my skin, it worked amazingly. It cleared out a bunch of sebum that I have had stuck in my pores forever. It didn't leave red marks or bumps from where it had extracted dirt, which is something I typically experience when using pimple extractors. Overall, at this price point I'm very impressed with the product.

I was a little skeptical at how well this would work but took a leap of faith because of the price. It’s not the worst skincare tool to own but I just don’t think it does much so I’d advise you to save your money.The buttons are a little tricky, I haven’t figured out how to use any other mode beside the top one, you’d like holding would allow you to go thru the different modes for me it just turns the machine off or goes to the first mode.I’ve tried multiple times, multiple angles. It doesn’t tear up my skin like other reviewers mentioned but it doesn’t get tons of visible gunk out of my pores either.

Easy to use and it WORKS!! Cleans out my pores and makes them less visible. I use 2-3 times a week. I have Even used it on my daughters teenage acne prone skin and it helps clean out her pores and minimize the breakouts

I am getting my face cleaner, and have scraped out all kinds of white/blackheads. I love the feeling that I get after using toner and scraping the gunk out of my face. It's the same feeling I get when my esthetician sucks the gunk out of my face. I also love the hydration steps, I can see my eye cream working in real-time during Step 3.As I will reiterate from what someone else stated in another review, if you do not have a consistent face-cleaning regimen then this tool is NOT for you. I've been following the same steps using the Clinique 3-step system for the last 30 years. This tool and the steps work perfectly with the Clinique products, For Step 1 I use the Clinique All About Clean Facial Soap and for Step 2 I use the Clinique Clarifying LotionIn Step 3, I use the Clinique Moisture Surge Eye 96-Hour Hydro-Filler Concentrate for my eyes and hyaluronic acid for the rest of my face. For Step 4, I use my Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ For Face or the Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator Moisturizer.If you are dedicated to your skin, this is a must not miss purchase!

This is my second time buying! My first one went out on me after almost 2 years but this thing is a game changer okay!!!! I love it it really does clean out all of the dirt and oil.

This is good for loosening dry skin and cleaning but it doesn’t necessarily pull out black heads if that’s what you’re looking for. I’m an aesthetician and find it’s good for a slight exfoliation and maybe cleaning. It’s a good price and worth using.
