got these for my dad who had problems with hard stool.. it works great.. Take a spoon full every morning or night and it does soften the stool and makes it easier for your bowls go move... great stuff I would recommend..

These tablets are very convenient and easier to use than the powder form. However, I do seem to get a better result with the powder for some strange reason. The tablets can be broken in half if theyre too long for one to swallow. But READ THE DIRECTIONS!! YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 8 OUNCES OF WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER SWALLOWED!!! - Not "yelling" at anyone - my kid tells me that's what caps mean these days in texts, lol. I'm merely using caps so no one misses this very important detail!! Fiber caps expand and turn into a jelly-like substance in the gut. If enough water isn't consumed, choking can result. So just be cautious & follow the instructions on the label. It must be water, soda & energy drinks etc won't do the trick! Stay safe! Former Hospital Pharmacy employee.

Works really well if you drink a lot of fluids. Gentle relief of constipation.

Pleasant orange taste. Dissolves well, even in cold water. I use auto fill and this is cheaper than in the store. Will definitely keep getting this item.

My doctor suggested these. They work well. Aren’t too expensive and you don’t have to drink it. Works for me.

The product is excellent but there was supposed to be two packets/ bottles in the shipment. I received only one. I have re-ordered hoping to get two.
