As the proud owner of two cockatiels and a pineapple green cheeked conure I’m happy to say this is a great product for medium sized birds such as the ones I own. The product itself is sturdy, easy to assemble/adjust, offers good protection against most weather within the reasonable amount and fun to carry around with a feathered friend inside. I haven’t had any issues with it as of this comment as I’ve had mine for about two months by now. If I had one complain about it which isn’t anything large on the purpose of the product is that it can be a bit hard to tell what’s inside the backpack but is an easy fix with just keeping the carriers cover up by having it jammed temporarily or clipped up.

Bought this for Father's Day. I was worried about the mesh screens as birds tend to chew and our parakeet is still a baby who chews everything, but the quality was better than I expected. Mesh is durable, zippers are snug and the plastic window is a great feature. Came with two perches that can be adjusted to different heights and extra washers and screw attachments (Perch holes are small and can hold toys that you might screw to a cage). Bottom has a removeable liner and cleans really easy and the storage pockets are very handy. Shoulder straps are comfortable, and it folds up easily for storage. Since it arrived, we have taken daily walks and enjoyed many excursions, including camping. We love it and our bird thinks it is the best thing ever! He feels safe and secure in his "outdoor" environment where he can talk to the other birds and see his surroundings. A huge plus for us is the seatbelt loop on the back to secure it in the car.I rate this as better than advertised.

Secure and compact design and *perfect* ventilation. For me that was the biggest thing. It is absurdly spacious for my little budgie. The perches are a little low and very close together, like my-bird-can’t-squeeze-between-them close. I would say a little too close. The bigger perch is significantly bigger than smaller and both are just shy of a comfortable middle size. But everything else about it is so so awesome!

The design is a great concept, and it has enough space for my Green Cheek Conure. However, there were a few reasons I was not impressed with this item. First, the inner lining of the fabric lacked neatness. Second, the attachment points for the perches could of been spaced out more. Third, the smooth perch came without a spiral binding on one end, so it does not insert into the backpack at all. While the made-last-minute backpack is priced for 35$, I feel more like it is a necessity for transportation rather than a luxurious ride.

This product was extremely easy to build.

Works well, comes with two perches one textured and one smooth dowel perch. Easy to put together and my green cheeked conure does much better in this backpack compared to another one which was a bubble one where he would always get carsick in. This one he doesn't get carsick as much anymore. The food bowls and toy I have shown in the photo didn't come with the bag I already had them on hand. It also provides good ventilation and has a flap you can unroll if you want to cover the front of the bag as well. Overall I would recommend this bird backpack since it worked well for my green cheeked conure :)

I absolutely LOVE this backpack for my Quaker and parakeets. I can just put it on the top of the seat in the car on the passenger side and he can see out. Everywhere we go he gets looked at and people are so excited to see a parrot. This thing is SO LIGHTWEIGHT! It has two ways to put them in on the side and top, and two different sizes bars. It is easy to clean and well ventilated. I spent a very long time deciding on which carrier to get my babies🦜🕊️🐦🐦and as a bird Mom I can tell you that I are going to Love this backpack and so will your featherwd babies. Also there is a clamp on steel bowl set u can clamp on their perch that's cheap. It has 2 pockets for a phone, treats etc. Get the bag. This is the one y'all.🙏😇💕💜🐦🕊️🦜
