Decent, but the screws to attach it to the wall are too short to actually grab a I had to use different screws. Otherwise gives a nice clean look and you can run several cables through it.

i was running pre made ethernet and this was a perfect solution. the big end goes thru and it closes in on itself. i have 2 wires in it and could probably put several more if needed.
