Truly incredible, very lifelike. Stays sticky all night long, so beware that it will get all over everything if you’re not careful. It washes right out and doesn’t stain at all. This outfit was sparkling white the next day. Blood looks like it’s dripping for a while, then eventually will spread out a little. These pics are taken about a hour apart- we were outside in the rain so the blood really spread out, but still looks great. Stayed put on my face all night and didn’t cause any reactions. Great stuff!

This stuff is awesome! I used this during halloween and was super shocked by how realistic it looks. The container is small but a little goes a long way, so this will last a while for me. If you do cosplay or SFX often, then maybe get a bigger container. However, be aware that once it dries down, if it is on hair of any kind, it will PULL and hurt. I had some on my arm and anytime anything stuck to it, it pulled my arm hair. Other than that, great product!

I bought a little of both colors for a Halloween photoshoot, and I will say that they have a really great realism depending on the wounds. Shallow works well with bright and dark venous is great for deep cuts. The bright photographs better though. Admittedly, it is very sticky because it is a corn syrup recipe, but it's sticky in the same way that drying blood is. Also worth mentioning that the product did taste stale when I got some in my mouth, so it might be an old product that I received. (I'm not planning on eating it though, so I'm not mad about it. Taking off a star for it though because if you are planning to, you might want to buy from Mehron directly.) If spread thin enough, the dark blood will appear similar to the bright, and the blood may dry a little. I ended up using a damp rag to clean it off myself and the dried spots that got stuck to my lighting equipment. It came off with moderate to no effort depending on how dry it became, and there was absolutely NO staining even without soap. When wet, it will drip slowly, so be aware. Smaller sizes (such as the 1oz) also come with applicator brushes attached to the lid while the larger sizes (like the 9oz) do not.

Was perfect for our Halloween costume and I was surprised that is washed out of the clothing with no stains. Washed off skin pretty easily too. Made a couple of the trick-or-treaters cry...WORTH IT!!

I work at a haunted attraction and we needed something grimey and bloody looking for my head. The darker variant dried *really* well to my head and looked pretty gross and realistic. It was easy to take off in the shower with just shampoo and body wash. Solid value.

Nice thick consistency and most importantly did not stain. The dark color went very good with our costumes

I will always stand by Mehron fake blood! The colour isn’t too light like most fake blood. I’ll always swear by this whenever doing fx make up!

easy to apply and dries quick to a tacky finish. really looks like blood and stays on for the whole day even on top of makeup. I had no trouble removing it with some face cleanser and it didn't stain my skin.

This Halloween product is fantastic. I used it to create a fake blood effect on my face. It’s a bit sticky and sweet but overall I’m very satisfied with the quality and price.
