Fit perfect and easy to install
Much cheaper than buying an entire mirror assembly!! Cleaned mirror. Put adhesive circles on and lined up the new mirror !! Definitely recommend for 2012 MKX!

straight forward
There are many options here however I just loved the simplicity of this alternative. I just could not see shelling out 600 for a new mirror. Exact fit and looks like brand new.

Great replacement
Thank goodness my husband had something to install this as the redi-stick pads were NOT included. Can see the road now and the blind spot works!
