Brilliant
I should be on commission for this product I have recommended it to so many women friends (and men for their wives!).Try it, it certainly worked for me.Why I chose this product over others is that it is 100% natural and non animal tested. A friend recommended it to me and I went on to research it myself as well before trying it. I have used it for a couple of years now. It helps keep me hormonaly stable and happy! It really did sort out the monthly mood swings for me and my headaches have gone too. I suffered from migraines and bad headaches for years. Please do not resort to synthetic hormone treatment or ghastly things created from horse urine. Big drug companies do horrible things to animals and people alike. It's about money for them, they don't care if you get a few side effects, they will sell you a another drug to take care of that! I know people need drugs for many things but don't take them if you don't need to or if there is a better alternative such as this.Absolutely try this product, it takes a few days to work and don't be tempted to use too much. Less is better to begin with. I used too much at first and got a few spots, something I have never had. As soon as I reduced the dose they went away. Just a tiny dollop once a day for the suggested days works for me.

So Very Happy This Product Exists
This will be a verified purchase review once my current jar runs out. I just happened to learn of it while I was near a Vitamin Shoppe / Super Supplements and just had to try it right-effing-then.I truly apologize if this is on the TMI spectrum, but if it helps one other sufferer I am obliged to post it. If not for the other brave souls who posted before me, I probably would have never gotten this far.My backstory: 45 (almost 46) year old woman who has not yet gone thru menopause. I have had regular periods on a predictable cycle for most of my life. Things got a bit wacky when I was 30, but an ovarian cyst that led to an oophorectomy was the problem. Went back to normal after surgery. I have never had kids, disabling cramps or extremely heavy bleeding. I have always had HORRIBLE PMS to the point where I am intensely angry and irrational all at the same time. I never did anything about it, because it was "only" one day a month, and I could usually repair the damage to my relationships the next day. I did offer to fight several people, however, in traffic-related incidents that I did not connect at the time were on "that" day. One of the worst things anyone could say to me, was "Do you have PMS?" For some reason that would send me to the moon in a fit of rage. But I would get my period the next day and move on.About 12 months ago, my period started to raise my eyebrows. Intense clotting, unpredictability (came early), and the PMS rage would just not leave me alone. I have honestly hated everyone and everything on most days since April. This is so unlike me. I am supposed to be Ms. Happy-Go-Lucky 30 out of 31 days in the month. Who the heck is THIS person? After about 3 months of questionable period behavior, I went to the doctor. Even though I asked, no hormone level test was administered. Essentially, I was just told "Hey! Welcome to perimenopause!!" and to suck it up. Because of my oophorectomy being borderline cancer and my family history of breast cancer, HRT is totally out (as has been hormonal birth control for all of these years). Besides, I wasn’t even in menopause, yet, so what could they do?At least I knew then there was nothing physically wrong. During the ensuing months I would get a break from my period, but I was only getting about 1-2 weeks in between them. The bleeding on days two and three turned from my heaviest (but manageable) days into Niagara Falls. I could not be without at least 10 tampons and pads at the ready, or I'd be buying new pants. (This truly did happen on two occasions. I now own two pairs of pants I don't really like, but they were close to the restroom and in my size. Both sales ladies didn't seem fazed by the fact that I had my rain coat tied around my waist. I still thank them mentally whenever I see them. I am EXTREMELY lucky to live in Seattle and be in a store both times. The acute embarrassment factor was mercifully cut to a minimum.) Well done Macy’s and Sam’s Club.Oh, and forget sneezing. But I digress...Fast forward to mid-February and I had been on my period constantly since early December. A consistent, heavy flow that had literally left me depleted of all energy. I tried Western medicine again, but was denied anything that would make a meaningful difference. I was, however, offered anti-depressants, but turned them down, teeth-clenched. I knew that was only treating a symptom and not the cause. So, as all desperate people do with an internet connection, I turned to Google for help. I simply could not go on any longer with the constant bleeding and the feeling of being emotionally and physically drained. I was so very, very tired of going thru a box of 96 super-plus tampons a week. I probably would have taken snake oil at this point or licked a toad. I was honestly to the breaking point.I came across three suggestions that I’d thought I’d try. I did not purposefully try them in any particular order or combination.First suggestion: Maca Root Powder. (I chose Natrol brand Maca root capsules in 500mg strength. About $7.00 from Super Supplements brick-and-mortar store.) Took for one week.Result: Nothing noticeable in period relief, but my saint of a boyfriend did reap some of the touted “other” benefits. It probably makes up a bit for being a raving lunatic for the past year. Thumbs up for libido enhancement. Progress and still a fan, if only for my boyfriend’s sake.Second suggestion: Dim PLUS by Nature’s Way for estrogen metabolism. Supposed to help with getting rid of excess estrogen. (On sale for about $15.00 from Super Supplements brick-and-mortar store.) Took alongside the Maca for one week.Result: Intense period clotting finally stopped, so I could sneeze again without panic. The period still continued, but in a less viscous and vicious form. Progress and still a fan.Third suggestion: Progesterone replacement cream. The one I chose was Kokoro. Super Supplements had it in stock, and I happened to be in their strip mall parking lot. Booya! (About $19.00 from their brick-and-mortar store.)Result: Put it on immediately in the car. And then forgot about it. Went to work and was half-way through a really busy day when it hit me that I had NOT been forced to run to the bathroom. No making dumb excuses to leave a meeting (although I may reserve the uncontrollable period excuse to avoid the unending ones in the future. What’s HR going to do with that info? Call me out on it? Seriously, make meetings stick to the point.) Once the realization hit, I went immediately to the bathroom to check what I had been calling my diaper situation. I had leaked a bit into a pad, but there was no over-flow. It was like day 2 of the period of my youth. Manageable. Still yucky, but manageable, and that’s ALL I was looking for. Success on only Day 1. What would tomorrow bring?I woke up Day 2 and showered. First thing I did was apply the Kokoro cream to my throat. I went ALL DAY on ONE super-plus tampon. This had not happened in over a year. Met my boyfriend for a margarita after to work to celebrate. Then went home and let the Maca take over. What a wonderful day!Day 3 I applied the cream as the day before and did not use a tampon. Went pad only, in a devilishly dangerous move. Got home that night and there was NOTHING in the pad. Did I actually just go through one whole day WITHOUT bleeding? This can’t be real.Day 4 – Same resultThinking I may be suffering from the placebo effect, I did NOT use it Day 5 (but wore a pad). Guess what? By the end of the day I had light spotting.Woke up Day 6 with a full-on “regular” period. Didn’t use again Day 7 and was right back to Niagra Falls.Got home from work and put it on. Was only lightly spotting by turn-in time. Have been wearing every day since Day 8 and am officially off my period.I can’t thank this cream enough. For me it was that quick and evidently exactly what my body was looking for. I think in combination with the DIM Plus, I may have solved the problem for now, but I fully intend to keep taking the Maca for the wondrous side effects. I also do not rage anymore, but am not sure which one supplement has helped with that. I think rage reduction has been a by-product of all three. Everyone is no longer an effing a-hole in traffic. I can just deal again like everyone else.I provided so many details, because I wanted others in my exact situation to give this a try. All I know is it has worked for me, but all women and their hormones are different. Insist on getting your hormone levels checked ladies!! I was a wimp and suffered unnecessarily. If you try it, please reply to this post with your results. I’d honestly like to see how it has worked for others.

Hair Loss Stopped !!!!
The reason I wanted to try this is because after starting with hormonal imbalance, my hair started falling in an alarming way.I tried hair vitamins, proteins and minerals. I tried lowering the levels of PGD2 in my body (just in case) by taking Quercetin and Luteolin Complexes, I added collagen to my diet and more protein, I tried a hair loss shampoo and also checked my thyroid with blood work. All these helped me to stop my hair from falling from a 100% to a 50% but in my desperation after a sudden start and 6 weeks of hair loss and seeing that I kept on loosing 50% of what I was loosing (which was pretty bad) I decided to give it a try.Well let me tell you than even though I am still using a hair loss shampoo, hair vitamins, proteins and minerals and both complexes of Quercetin and Luteolin, after 3 weeks exactly of using this balance creme, my hair loss stopped to a 95%When I wake up in the mornings my pillow is clean and there is not one hair in my bed and when I shower, if I find 5 hairs on the floor it's too many. My hair is growing back thanks to the quercetin and luteolin too and coming back strong and healthy also thanks to the hair vitamins. I won't leave any of all the things I am doing/using until I recover all that hair that I lost and start seeing less skin on my scalp. My hair loss was alarming and too sudden. This balance creme ALSO GOT RID of my anxiety, itchiness all over my body, my cramps were gone for good, my bloating, hot flashes and headaches and my joints pain and my uneasiness at night which was taking my sleep away. I am impressed what a hormonal imbalance can do to the body. I have learned tons in the last 8 weeks or 10 of research since this nightmare started for me. Thank God I found this creme. I love it.
