Found these on TikTok heard they’re really good for your health. They say that they are super effective as I will test this theory this week and if I like them, I will continue them. They smell like gingerbread or like graham crackers which is really funny. You get a bunch for a good price. I think it’s worth the money. They don’t have a taste or anything like that so no worries.

So apparently burdock root can be helpful for joint pain… my skeptical self is actually pretty sure these do make a difference. No nasty after taste or burps or anything, they go down smoothly, super easy to pop one in the morning and go on with the rest of my day. Doesn’t seem to have any ill effects taken on an empty stomach. I take with food only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time. Seems like a decent quality brand.Edit: I have purchased again. Another thing worth mentioning is that burdock root is a diuretic. They help reduce water retention. A really great price point if you get them with subscribe n save.

I take these everyday there and a no smell or after taste. They are easy to swallow.

This actually works to fight water retention for me and it does so gently without drying out my skin or causing too much muscle distress by removing all the amino acids while taking it over a day. It's better than some other things for this. I've only been taking it for about 9 days on its own so this could change but it seems to work .very well.I did try it out first in a water retention tea I make out of several teas and it didn't change the flavor so I'm guessing it's good for flavor. I just needed a stronger dose of Burdock Root so I started taking the capsules like a pill instead of adding it to the tea infusion.

This product does help you to get rid of H20. I didn’t notice any other property for why I bought this. So, I may not repurchase this. I already have a water pill.
