Very uneven roasting
Disappointed, I was hoping for something better. The roasting process is extremely uneven, after 1/2 hours roasting at least 10% of the beans are still pale which means a longer roasting if you want all the beans roasted. Unfortunately this results in a much darker roast which was not what I wanted. On my third attempt I roasted at 190c and after 45 minutes 5% of the beans where still not roasted properly. So I have returned this for a refund.
