So as a loyal user of the prior "Schwarzkopf" version of this product for decades I was worried after reading some of the reviews of this new iteration. While it is thinner and does not smell as good as the original, it still works great, and still better than anything else I have tried to thicken my hair. The prior version was the grail, but still 5 stars.

This serum and shampoo have been a game changer for my thin, limp hair. My hair is thicker and it doesn’t stick to my face anymore. An added benefit is that it has slowly changed the color of my hair over time from white to a platinum blonde! What’s not to love ❤️?

So disappointed from the old formula!!! The old formula definitely helped with adding volume and thickness to my hair. This makes my hair appear limp and lifeless!! I can usually wash my hair on the 4th day… especially if I use dry shampoo. However, the day after my hair needed to be washed because it just looked dirty. This formula is thin and watery… leaves and almost greasy feeling in your hand. If I could give a - ⭐️ I would. I wish companies would not change products, this literally was a product my mom used to use, and I found it and bought five of them and had run out and now I am so disappointed. Now I have to try a bunch of hair products looking for something that might work.

This is a newer version, I will still use it, however the liquid is thinner than the old version and doesn't smell good. Slightly disappointed.

Getting older means for me thinning hair. This product works great!

I really don’t like it. It has an unpleasant smell and is a thin liquid. I don’t see any real thickening of my hair. They stopped making the other hair thickener I liked. My search continues.

I have accepted the fact that I will never have Julia Robert’s hair, but Thicker Fuller Hair serum does a good job giving thickness and a bit of texture to what I do have. Very happy with this find.

I love this product and have used it for a few years and recently I could not find it anymore in the usual places that I shop so I ordered it online. Wonderful product and it works great! When you dispense this product, it feels like an oil however it absorbs quickly and completely and is not oily on the hair itself.When the package arrived however the squirt cap was in the open position and the product had leaked both inside the interior plastic bag and outside of the plastic bag and spilled over into the exterior packaging, which was a white and blue bubble wrap type of shipping bag. As expensive as this was, quite a lot of product was wasted due to the leak and it made for a very big mess to get it out of the package. I then had to wash the container with hot soapy water thoroughly after closing the cap. For future reference, the person shipping should rethink the packaging so that this product arrives without spillage.
