Wanted this product for sound dampening and slip resistance in my small aluminum rowboat, and it appears that it will be a good choice. Installation was a bit tedious, but only because of the boat design, not the product. The self-adhesive back really sticks, but I have no experience on how it will hold up in low temperatures or rain. It helps to install this product on a warm sunny day to allow the sun to soften the roll so that it relaxes from being rolled for shipping. Cuts easily with a sharp utility knife or scissors. I'm overall initially satisfied. Time will tell if the product will perform well in all weather and with normal use.

I ordered 2 rolls of the same material. One roll was perfect, it looked really high quality. I had someone else do the install and we didn’t know until after the install that they are NOT the same. Even though we bought 2 of the same product. The second roll looks cheaper, the first roll looked great and the “grain” looks so different in person. Now I have 1/2 my boat done and it looks awful. No way to contact the seller so this was a complete waste of money.

Before I applied the decking I watched a YouTube video and followed their instructions. For the money, this was an awesome upgrade. I can vacuum it, wash it ( even with salt water) and it stays stuck very well. I installed it on the steps about 6 months ago and on the deck about a month ago. Total used was 4 rolls.It has a bit of Cushing feel and is non skid.It looks greT and we get lots of compliments on it. I did install all myself and there are flaws but Noone seems to notice but me. I tell fks that if I had paid for the install I would be upset with the job. But since it was me and I saved bookoo bucks, I love it😉

Product was as expected. This is the second time I have used this product and it is very durable to stains and only occasionally gets damaged from sharp falling objects. I changed It from brown and black to brown and white after two years And mounted it to vinyl linoleum flooring panels with snaps for more versatility
