Product works as expected. Mounting it takes some engineering. Delivering it in a 'soft pack,' probably not the best idea. Box within the pack (containing the valve) was destroyed, and part of the plastic housing on the valve itself was chipped. Since damage turned out to be cosmetic in nature, kept the product. Some things should not be sent in soft packs.

Used for fuel shut off for auxiliary tank

The product itself is well made. Heavy weight with a removable plug for easy maintenance. Ive had numerous conversations with the manufacture recommending a substantial improvement of the documentation but until then Ive provided a few images and a video demonstration that should solve any connection issues. As this is a solenoid and not a motorized ball valve it is meant for short cycles not to exceed 3 hours. Any longer you might consider a motorized valve. Overall this is a fine product that should function properly for a long time. Any issues can be solved by visiting their website to imitate a question or you can also call them.CheersCheers

I've owned 8 US Solid switches. All were easy to install and functioned properly. When I did discover that too late beyond the normal return time that I had made an incorrect item purchase, the company recognized that I had purchased replacements from them and then refunded my entire mistaken order. Also they provide very good instructions for the installation and operation of their products. I definitely will be looking first to US SOLID valves in the future should the need arise.

Using this to build a t-shirt cannon. Makes a great pneumatic switch.
