I am 172lbs and have a 33" waist and ordered a small. It fits well and isn't itchy. Also, it doesn't slip out of place when I'm exercising. The velcro is pretty snatchy. If you're looking for a back brace, this is not that kind of product. I've only been using it for a couple weeks so I can't attest to durability. Overall, good price for a decent waist band

I have been doing a lot of cardio lately and decided to try a swet band. I looked on amazon and found this one and loved the neutral tone. Seems like really good quality.
