Gr8 quality
What sold me on this product was that it's a Woman owned Co-Op in Ethiopia that makes it. The quality is second to none

Excellent product, perfectly ground and very happy it actually came from Ethiopia.
The product arrived quickly and safely. I couldn't wait to use the Teff. I normally use Teff in my 'gluten free' pancake and waffle mix. Well let me tell you, the pancakes that I made turned out the absolute best ever! The flavor was awesome. The Teff was ground up so nicely and it wasn't granular like some brands are. I will definitely buy it again. It was worth every cent!

Gluten free teff
We have purchased fresh injera from local stores and made our own for the past 10 years. This Teff is excellent and will make a darker injera for gluten free friends. I also enjoy adding it to baking products.

Bad smell during fermentation
My wife is Ethiopian and I’m used to being around when she makes the injera. This had a bad smell to it and she said that this isn’t good. Even her family said the same.

American mom adventures into Ethiopian cooking!
I love Ethiopian food and wanted to venture into making homemade Ethiopian meals. Ingera is wonderful and a family favorite! It took me awhile to get it right, and I’m pretty excited to say I did. I am now a repeat customer! Thank you for making Ethiopian products accessible for purchase!
