Wonderful book!
My 3yo son absolutely loves this book. He’s asking us to read it several times a day. The illustrations are spot on for a toddler or preschool child. The expressions on the characters faces are relatable to children. When we read it I can tell my son feels empathy for the kids and he is making the connection to with the words “it’s ok to feel ___.”Overall, I can say I love this book enough.

Phenomenal series
I wish I had this children’s book series available to me when my children were in elementary school. A must for all children’s libraries!

A 5 year old doesn’t really know the meaning of feelings, the difference between mad and angry.
This book explains what each emotion feels like and in words they can understand. I love this series of books I bought the entire set of 6 for my Great Granddaughter and recommend it very highly.

Wonderful Message!
I thought this for my nephew and thoroughly enjoyed reading it before I wrapped it. I wish I had had books like this growing up to let me know that it was okay to feel my feelings and move forward. Thanks for a wonderful series!

Love this book of feelings
My daughter has really loved the Magic of Me books, and I sure have too. Such great illustrations and I think this will really help her identify her emotions, which is the first step of getting to a point of being able to talk about emotions and practice regulating those feelings/responses. I think this is a great book and love that it gives pointers for the parents at the end.

4 year old has started talking about his feelings
After our youngest was born, our oldest was having a hard time transitioning. After 4 years of being an only child he'd gotten used to having more time to work through fits or big moments with us. His frustrations grew when he realized baby brother was held when crying but he could not always be held. We started talking about our emotions and with this book and other strategies he's really begun to tell us and others how he's feeling. He liked this book because of the varying colors and multiple reasons for the feeling on each page.
