Great Product
The packaging arrived very fast but with a bit damaged with some tears, but the product was in good condition. I consider it to be of very high quality and easy to use. I have a Toyota GT86, which is a pretty low car, and it worked perfectly for me. 100% recomiendo this product.

Leaks, Missing Parts & Flaky Finish—Buyer Beware!
Despite Jack Boss’s self-proclaimed focus on innovation and high-performance construction, the 3-ton hydraulic service jack consistently fails basic quality checks – arriving with hydraulic fluid leaks, missing essential parts, and a finish that rubs off under minimal handling – all compounded by the absence of any independent corporate website or dedicated support outside an Amazon storefront.Jack Boss markets itself “in the product development and manufacturing of automobile after-sales market,” positioning the brand as an innovator in the automotive aftermarket. However, a deep dive reveals no standalone corporate website, no direct contact channels, and no user resources beyond its Amazon store page – “Sold by Jack Boss and ships from Amazon Fulfillment” is the only trace of the brand online. By contrast, established manufacturers like Torin Inc (behind brands such as Big Red) have over 40 years of R&D experience, produce upwards of 20 million units annually, and support their products with dedicated websites, global distribution, and comprehensive warranty programs.Product Performance:• Immediate oil leakage: Out of the box, fluid was visible around the pump piston, indicating poor seal integrity and casting doubt on long-term reliability.• Missing saddle pad: The rubber jack pad was not packaged with the accessories but rather found hidden inside the jack’s housing, a sign of careless assembly and inadequate inspection processes.• Unstable handle assembly: The two-piece handle uses a spring pin that exhibits significant play, forcing excessive handle travel for each pump and making setup physically taxing.• Substandard finish: Although the listing touts “Durable Steel Construtions” for long-term service, the red powder-coat flaked off after minimal handling and assembly, contradicting any claim of corrosion resistance or durability.• Sparse instructions: The product manual is limited to a simple parts diagram with no step-by-step guidance for critical tasks like handle attachment or air bleeding, leaving end users to guess proper assembly and operation.Comparative Insight:Model AST830025 – Torin’s Big Red T830025 hydraulic jack – offers the same 3 ton capacity and 4 inch saddle diameter, yet it is backed by a robust support network, clear user documentation, and a 98.7% positive seller rating, reflecting rigorous quality control and responsive customer service. The contrast highlights how Jack Boss’s Amazon-only private label falls far short of the standards set by established hydraulic jack manufacturers. With pervasive quality control failures, non-existent direct support, and better-backed alternatives available at similar prices, the Jack Boss 3-ton hydraulic service jack is not recommended for purchase. Prospective buyers should instead choose a brand with proven manufacturing pedigree, transparent customer support, and thorough user resources to ensure safe, reliable vehicle lifting.

Great Value and Good Built Quality
I have owned a few Jacks form 1 1/2 ton thru 3 tons. Off the box , fully functional, Bit lighter than all steel jack, looks pretty solid build quality and fast pump. Does not leak so far, used to lift F150. no issues. Good Value for the price, Hope it last .

Great value for a decent Jack!
This has not caused any issues for me. Got my Honda civic 2010 up and the lock feature it has is great! This is pretty sturdy on my side. I haven't lifed my car to it's max height which I probably won't need to anyways. For those who has bad experience I'm sorry to hear that from all of you guys! But for me it works great on my end!
